It's  been a while... so... here we go.

I am becoming very close to becoming an expert on baby fever lately. You might want to know, if I want a baby so badly then why don’t I have one? There isn’t a multi-list, complicated reason why Jon and I have not procreated yet. There is simply a one bullet answer of, we're not ready. Mentally we're ready, it's financially that we're not so ready.

Recently I realized something a little startling: I know 10 pregnant women. Okay, maybe 7 or 8 now because a few have popped. That is a whole lot of pressure to have my own. Babies, babies everywhere. If one more friend tells me she is pregnant, I think I might have to run out and adopt twins. I am 23 going on 24 — this is the time where babies fall out of trees, or vaginas, or what-have-yous. xD

Add to that a happy relationship, house, and cats, and well, my biological clock is ticking. I'll admit it. I have baby fever. Now, here's the thing about baby fever. My logical brain has plenty of reasons for us to wait. However, as soon as the middle of my cycle rolls around, all I can think about is babies.

Baby fever is tantamount to obsession. Suddenly, everywhere you look there is a baby. Restaurants, grocery stores, gosh darn Facebook feeds. "Let's wait a little bit longer," Jon and I will say, then baby fever will hit and I won't be able to think quite so clearly. Really, it's a sickness. Screaming, diapers, pregnancy horror stories, nothing will deter me. Baby fever prevents intelligently functioning brains from making rational decisions. Forget birth control. (Kidding by the way)

Fortunately, it only lasts a couple days or a couple weeks, and then my brain returns. Not that I don't want children, or babies, I just have a bit more to do first. Jon needs more time to come to terms with eventual fatherhood. I need to find a better job, one that I actually enjoy... one that pays better. Yeah, yeah, I know — you're never ready. Maybe that's why baby fever takes over: to ensure we have those babies before it's too late.

Signs you probably suffer from baby fever too: 

1.) You burst into tears at the sight of your Facebook feed and all it's birth and pregnancy announcements.

2.) You daydream about nursery colors instead of working, picking out all the wall decals and bedding in your mind.

3.) You buy baby outfits for friends and can't bear to send them.

4.) The sound of a baby crying makes your boobs tingle.. Actually, scratch that. The THOUGHT of a baby's cry makes your boobs tingle. Yep. It's true. xD

5.) You actually contemplate picking up a stray baby in the store and asking the mom how bad she REALLY wants her. It's a stray second of insanity, but enough to scare you.

6.) You have a million practical reasons not to have a baby and you still long for one.

7.) You daydream about baby names and feel like you will be lost if you don't get to name a baby after your great aunt Mildred who died with no children.

8.) You can't fathom the sleep deprivation, the late night feedings, and dirty diapers. It can't be that bad, right?

Where did October go?!?! o.o

So, I have been accepted into two schools for nursing. Chamberlain, which was my first choice, and Columbus State Community College. Both good schools, one so much more expensive than the other. Even as an independent student, I'd have to pay over $2000 out of pocket. Give you a hint, I don't make enough to afford that. And of course, the financial aid advisor has continued to try and push me to take out a VERY expensive private loan. Give you a hint, I don't have high enough credit score, nor a co-signer to take out a private loan. So, that's where the other school comes into play. It’s a community college, which there is nothing wrong with, a 2 yr ADN program. After scholarships and grants are accounted for, I’d only need about $1500 covered, and student loans would be more than able to cover that. So, I’m going to a seminar to get the official nursing school application process started, and hopefully, I’ll be able to start there as soon as possible. :)

Hm, I've started the long and arduous journey of looking for a new job. I love what I do, most of the clients, and the people I work with. However, I cannot stand being underpaid, under-appreciated, and working for people that do not care about their clients, or their therapists. The only thing they care about is making money. It's pathetic, and I can't stand it. I need a place that's not so spa-like, not my kind of setting to be quite honest. So, here's hoping I can find something more up my alley soon. ^.^

Other than that, Jon and I got new tattoos the other day. They turned out amazing, as you can see in the pics below. Yay tattoos! xD

And to finish things up here, I shall be seeing my beautiful partner in crime later in the month. It is going to be a glorious 4 day weekend for me. It's going to be awesomely fun. It's been a while since we've truly been able to spend a good length of time together. I miss her desperately, and this is seriously needed. I need a girl's day... several days. xD Shopping and such.  ^.^

Updatey fun

So, I have come to terms with the fact that no one really reads this blog anymore. Doesn't surprise me. It's nothing great. I don't even have time to update it regularly. My bad. It's called a busy, and very hectic schedule. But I'm still going to post on occasion, at least updates. I may start another section/ blog that is focused on my wedding planning adventures, body positivity, and maybe even one that is focused on massage therapy and my adventures in that along with my upcoming adventures in nursing school. Maybe. Big maybes.

But, as mentioned above, I'm getting ready to go back to school to get my ADN. It should only take about 2 years. Which means, I can continue to do what I do now, and then once I'm done, get a nursing job, and then go back , possibly, for my BSN.. maybe later on down the road if need be. It's all gonna depend on when Jon and I plan to start a family, which I won't lie, we both want to as soon as possible. ( He swears we're going to have twins the very first go around. o.o)  We're hoping to wait until after the wedding, I say hoping because anything can happen. xD

Emm, news on the wedding, as of right now, there is actually quite a bit. Our first choice for the ceremony venue fell through. They were requiring us to have BOTH the ceremony and the reception at their site. However, we've had the reception venue picked out since day one more or less. But, that's ok, we found this wonderful little church in Maumee, and it's half the price that our first choice was. Score. We have our officiant, the wonderful family friend, Mr. Woods. I have my dress, which I'm currently holding off paying for, simply so that I can get another 6 months of them holding on to it. Because the girl apparently screwed up and it was ordered WAY too early. Moron. xD Hmm, other than that, we have some decoration ideas, not nothing really set in stone other than purple, blue, and peacock feathers. Otherwise, it's kinda whatever I find on Pinterest that I find well, interesting. ^.^

Jon and I went and saw my favorite movie on the big screen this past Sunday. Gone with the Wind. It has been my absolute favorite movie and probably book for that matter, for as long as I can remember. Meant a lot to me to have him willingly sit through an almost 4 hour movie ( we'll call it 4, since it's only shy by 2 mins. xD ) and not complain about it.

Umm, other than that. I've just been really busy with work, and such. Added more hours to my schedule, you know because that goes well with school. xD Anywho. I think that's enough for now. Yep. ^.^

Proposal related wonders...

As promised a much happier post this time around. As anyone who reads this blog knows, Jon and I got engaged back in March. However, at the time, we didn't have a ring. Well, we finally found one we loved. So when it came last week, he couldn't wait to re-propose and get the damn thing on my finger. So we went out to one of our favorite restaurants and he re-proposed to me. It was really sweet. We both ended up crying and being all sappy. On the way home, we couldn't figure out why we were such saps about it. The only thing we could come up with is that it was that it was an actual proposal this time around. He actually got on one knee, had a ring, and asked me. Which makes sense. It makes it more real.




Now this story has a slight bitter bit to it. The proposal happened last week, on Friday. So, I've had the ring for a little over a week. We noticed that the Rhodium plating of the black gold was coming off already. Now, after doing some research we found that it was pretty common, especially if the plating process was faulty. So it was very likely that was the problem. I had made sure specifically not to wash my hands with it on, use heavy cleaners, or anything like that. Anything that might destroy the integrity of the ring. Yet, the plating was coming off in less than a week. We had to call the jeweler and see what could be done. They offered to completely re-plate it again and see if it would help. But we ultimately opted to exchange it for the white gold version of the same style ring. So now it's a waiting game of them getting the old ring back, and them sending the new one to us. It feels so weird to not be able to wear my ring. I know its only been a week since I got it, but my finger feels so naked now.

Here's hoping that it is sent to us with great haste, and we have no problems with the new one. So overall, there is a happy ending to the whole story overall. ^.^   Well, dearies. I shall be off. Toodles for now.

Sorry, but not sorry...

So I have a small rant to deal with here. I'm planning a wedding, I assume my readers know this. I got engaged, so the next logical thing is to start planning a wedding. Right? ...Right.

That being said, I have to keep in mind that my parents want to pay for this event, minus the wedding gown, I flat out told them I would be paying for that, so that I get the complete and final say in that. So like I said, keeping in mind that my parents are paying for it, I want to keep the cost as low as possible. One way to do this is to have a very small wedding, and by small, I mean less than 100 people. Jon and I just want close friends and family, that is all. No people we barely know, no people who are for lack of a better term, Facebook friends. I can't do it, I can't invite every person we know, it would cost a fortune.

I don't want my parents to break the bank on this event. Yes, I know that it's supposed to be a grand affair, it's supposed to be beautiful, it's supposed to be about Jon and I, but I would feel horrible to make my family pay a fortune for it. I'm not that materialistic as that.

What Jon and I decided, please read that again, it distinctly says Jon AND I . We made the decision to only invite our close family, and closest friends. That being said, that means that there are a few people who will  be invited, but not their significant other. Mostly because Jon and I don't know said significant other, and guess what? A wedding is so not the time or place to get to know your friend's significant other, it's just not. No amount or arguing, complaining, or whining about it is going to change that. I'd say that I'm sorry that these particular people are not and will not be invited, but I'm not and neither is Jon. Because, again, it is OUR wedding. If you want to invite 300 people to YOUR wedding, then you do that; however, I will not be guilt tripped into inviting these people that we don't know to a wedding.

I think that people assume that we are singling them out and being "mean" to them and their significant other. And to be honest, it is nothing of the sort. It all boils down to the cost and the lack of a true connection/ friendship with these people. I'm not going to feel sorry for that, I'm just not. If you're going to take this as a personal vendetta against you and your significant other, that's your prerogative. To each, his own, as it were.

What I love even more about this, is that people who were so set on being there, because they are so happy for us, because they are a close friend and wanted to share in such an important day in my life have since changed their tune. Now that it is known that only very close friends and family will be invited, they no longer want to come. I'm the bad guy for planning the wedding of Jon's and my dreams. Is that so wrong? Apparently the answer must be yes, I mean if I'm offending these people so much. Last I checked, I never told anyone else how to plan their wedding, and never once complained if my significant other was not invited, and neither did Jon. we understand with the economy it just not frugal to invite everyone and their mother to your wedding, especially not for a budget wedding.

And please note, we aren't just inviting our friends and not their significant other, I can tell you right now, my younger brother is invited, however his little girlfriend is not. Granted, yes there are reasons that she is not invited. Mostly because there is some serious tension and dislike between my family and her's, but that is neither here nor there. I'm just stating there we're not just doing it to friend's, we're doing it to family too. It's not anything against anyone, we have a budget and we HAVE to stick to it. End of story. No ifs, ands, or buts. Not sorry. Get over it.  I'll be hurt, not gonna lie, I want my close friends and family there, but if you decide not to come to our wedding, your loss, not mine. I will have a wonderful wedding with the people who truly care about us and that is all I have to say about it. The end.

Engagement Ramblings...

It's not so much time to update, but more so to elaborate.

Two weeks ago, I announced that Jon and I were officially engaged. And yes, it is true, I shall be marrying the love of my life, my soulmate, my goof next Autumn.

Jon did things a little backwards. He asked me to marry him before he talked to my parents about getting their blessing/ permission. Fecking Polack. xD But he did talk to them, and they were more than ecstatic about it.  My father actually told Jon that he didn't need to ask, but I know my father and I know he really did appreciate Jon asking.

As for a ring, we don't have one...yet. Jon decided he wanted to go through that process together. Instead of risking getting me a ring that I'm in love with. It's actually really sweet. It means we can go together to pick out our rings and such. I like that idea, and so does he. We actually have rings ideas already, but I won't post any pictures here, mostly because we're not dead set on anything yet.

But we're going for an Autumn wedding, it suits us. The weather is not too hot and not too cold, just right. Plus, I love the Autumn season, it's suits my coloring and the general theme. Much to my Aunt Diana's distaste, I have no intention of going to the Justice of the Peace and spending a fortune of a honeymoon. I will have the wedding that Jon and I want, and still have a fantastic honeymoon. Basically the 70,000 tons of Metal cruise is our goal for the honeymoon. It'll be awesome, I'm sure I'll keep the blog updated with some wedding/honeymoon related things.

You're probably wondering how he asked. And I shall tell you. I actually thought that he was joking when he asked. We had been talking about getting married, the things we wanted and how far in the future we wanted children and that sort of thing. And then nonchalantly, Jon just stopped me and asked me to marry him. No ring, no big surprise, nothing like that. Just a simple proposal. And that is why I thought he was joking at first. But after making sure he wasn't I gave him my answer and the rest is history. ^.^

As I get more details figured out, I shall post more about that, and such. But for now, this is enough about the matter. 

Whoot for news

It's probably about time for a quick update. I mean it has been a few weeks. Granted it's mostly the same old, same old.

Work has be hectic, I've been picking up/ covering hours for people whenever I can, the extra cash is nice. though most of it goes right into savings for reasons. Reasons I can't say yet. I'm not exactly allowed. xD Only Jess and Martika know why... but they too have been sworn to secrecy. When the time comes, I'll post all about it on my blog of course.

In exciting news we got a kitten. Her name is Ripley, she's adorable. She's a little brat though, always wants to play when we want to sleep, and vice versa. xD The other cats are still getting used to her, but Jon and I are now apparently official crazy cat people, because we have four of them now.

We're slowing making the house more like a home, finally deciding on colors, and the types of plants we want in the garden. You know, like couples do. It's nice. It's all falling together, even if it does take some time and money to get it all done. Our biggest expense is going to be the new mattress we really need/ want to get. It's a bit pricey, but it'll be worth it for the wonderful sleep we'll get once we have it. 

I've also forgotten how wonderful Netflix is. We finally got better internet service. Everything is clear and fast, we can watch Netflix properly, YouTube doesn't take ages to load, it's fantastic. Such a long overdue little thing we needed to get done. I can watch all those fun documentaries, and tv shows I love. ^.^

I'm trying to figure out where exactly March went. Where February dragged on for what seemed like ages, March blew by like nothing. It's weird. But Spring is on it's way, and it is truly welcomed... I'm done with snow and cold weather. 

For the time being that's all I have to say. That may change, I have a feeling a small rant is coming up, nothing too terrible. I promise. xD

Like I said, not so much an update, more like photos I've decided need to be shared with all my readers. Hopefully I'll have more to write about in the near future. Like Schmidts. German food and adventures (again) in the German Village. Excited for that. I love German food, and this place is supposed to have some of the best in the area. Next time we go out, I'm finding a Korean restaurant, I think Jon would like that.

In like a Lion and out like a Lamb..... yay March

It's update time, you know, because that's fun and all. I've been good about it, makes me happy that I can at least semi- keep this updated. It's the one thing I do on a regular basis anymore. I almost never get on IMVU anymore, no one else is ever one and the reasons I used to be on all the time are no longer there (aka, depression, anti-social personality, no motivation, toxic relationship, you know the old norms). But enough of that. Onward and such.

I made a horrible and yet, great mistake last week. I picked up hours at work, lots of hours... early hours. I am not a morning person. Somehow though, I made it through and I will have made as much in only a week, as I do in an entire pay period. Heck yesh. On top of that I still have this week and tips too. Awesome. It'll be a really nice paycheck next week. I can get ahead on bills and put some into savings.

Jess and Charles are supposed to come down and visit me this weekend, really excited for that. I miss my partner in crime. Plus it's an excuse to drag Jon out of the house for couples activities like KDB; think Chuck e. Cheese for adults, kinda like Dave & Busters. I think we're all looking forward to that, being the nerdy dorks we all are. Then other activities like dragging the guys around shopping/ exploring at Easton and Mario Kart couple against couple... so excited for that. We don't get to hang out with too many couples, and the ones we do, we usually don't do much. So this is such a nice change.

Hmm, I pre-ordered Frozen, because you know, it's one of my absolute favorite Disney movies now. It's still a bit of a wait for it, but I'm excited. It was my one splurge this paycheck. I feel really good about keeping myself on a decent budget now. I never really had that ability before, but now that I have all kinds of responsibilities and bills to pay, I had to force myself to learn to budget and save money. It's good to be a responsible adult. xD 

But enough of that. I don't have much else to ramble about. Other than the weather finally looks like it's decided to be spring. So excited for that. Nice warm weather, adventures, gardening. It'll be nice.

Bedknobs and Broomsticks ... or something like that

It's kinda about time for another more or less bi-monthly update. It works though, I suppose. Better than before where I'd go months with nothing posted here. The mobile app really helps. xD

Well, Valentine's day kinda backfired on me. I went more or less all out on it for Jon, giant Reese's cups, a sappy card/ love letter, and tickets to see Iced Earth ( our couples massage got cancelled). He however, failed to realize it was Valentine's day. Awesome. I love him to death, but damn it, he can be seriously oblivious to the world around him.

Work has been busy, but it's good. I like being busy, even if some nights I swear it's gonna kill me. I dislocated my thumb years ago, and it's weaker than my other thumb, and it likes to pop and crack a lot. So I have to find ways to work around using my thumbs, and drop more elbows, otherwise, I won't last long as a massage therapist.

Jon and I finally got around to going to Half Priced Books.... big mistake. Jess, if you read this.... it's like Ukazoo... only better. We shall go there when you come visit. Along with Cosi for the Sherlock exhibit and of course Lush in either Easton, or Polaris. Yay adventures! But back to Half Priced Books... we spent hours there, and it was awesome. Found Rant by Chuck Palahniuk, Moulin Rouge, and Chicago all for less than $12. Awesome deals.

I made a random trip to Target ( to find those pjs we saw at the one in Toledo, Jess... neither of the ones near me has them ):<   ) and found the complete first season of Game of Thrones on BluRay for $30... definite score, usually it's like $50, so I'll take the discount on it I can get. Also managed to snag the Targaryen edition of season three from Best Buy for the same price as season one. Should be here in the near future. Excited for that.

I bought Jess her birthday gift, which she knows about, so I can talk about it. It's an awesome t-shirt. See the pic below if you don't believe me.

Awesome, right? Right. xD  And of course, I had to order one for myself too, because it's just that awesome. 

I don't remember if I mentioned it before in my past update, but Jon got me to sit down and watch The Walking Dead. Love it! Sooo much. I love zombie movies, but this show takes the cake. It's fantastic. Gory beyond belief and dramatic. Right up my alley. 

Is anyone else done with the snow?! Yes, I know Toledo has gotten a lot more than the Columbus area, but damn I'm done with people who can't drive in snow and the cold in general. It's supposed to be 54 on Thursday for us, but that means lots of flooding. It was already pretty bad tonight after our freezing rain episode. Can it be summer yet? 

Had a massage today, first 90 minute that I've ever gotten. Needless to say I probably won't be getting anything but those from now on. It was better than a 60 min and allowed the therapist to seriously focus on my problems and it felt wonderful. xD 

Other than all that rambling the only thing I can think of is that I want/ need a kitten. I'm not ready, nor is Jon for babies of our own, so I think a kitten is a nice compromise. Right? A little fuzzy bundle of joy. xD

Updated awesomeness ... yay? o.O

Well, we're done with the first month of the new year. So far so good. I'm more or less ok with how it's going so far. I wish I could get more hours at work, but that'll come as I get more experience and clients. But alas, such is life. Granted, I have been picking up a few hours for one of the other girls and even if it's only 3 hrs, it really does make the paycheck a little nicer, as do the tips. All in all, I can pay for my car and insurance, and still have a little leftover to cover groceries or something nice for myself or Jon.

Valentine's day is slowly approaching, I'm at a loss as to what to do/ get Jon. I want to do something nice for him, he's always been so wonderful to me. I was considering tickets to an Iced Earth concert ( in April), or going out to a nice supper and a movie. I dunno. Hopefully I'll think of something, and hopefully he does something nice for me too. Hopefully.

I've found that I have a relatively unhealthy addiction to the movie Frozen. Anytime there's nothing on tv lately, it's my go to movie. Not too bad I suppose, I could repeated watch The Phantom of the Opera (like I've never done that before) or Gone with the Wind. I just love the movie so much, catchy music, and lovable characters and I LOVE Elsa... absolutely adore her.

I made a horrible mistake... and my horrible, I mean wonderful mistake. I went to Easton Town Center... it has a LUSH store... I spent more than I should have, but it was wonderful. Bath bombs, and massage bars galore, ok, like 4 bath bombs, and one massage bar.. plus an awesome conversation with one of the employees which landed me free samples. Awesomesauce.

For those of you who actually still read this, I'm hoping to visit Toledo again in probably March. Sorry it's so far away. But I've picked up a lot of hours for the one girl at work, and I have things to do here. Plus, I have to budget the trip. The last one, was not so well budgeted and the last bit of the month was a little difficult, but I made it through more or less unscathed.

Other than that, it's been going well. Jon and I are strong as ever. Work adds a little tension, but we muscle through it all and are happier. It's nice to be able to be with him, to have him want me. Never thought I'd truly find that, I just thought I'd go through life being used and more or less abused. I can't express how happy I am that I don't ever have to worry about that with Jon, because I know he'd never do that.

But I think for now this is a good stopping point, I'm just rambling like I usually do. 

20 Relationship facts.... fun....

So I was asked to do a 20 facts about my relationship with Jon. I can't remember if I've ever done one before, even if I did, this can be an updated version of it. xD

1) We've known one another now for almost ten years. He was a close family friend for a long time before we both decided we had mutual feelings for one another.

2) Our first date was supposed to be to a Cannibal Corpse concert, but he got tickets to Dethklok, and that ended up being our first date, a month ahead of Cannibal Corpse which ended up being our second date. And 90% of our dates have been to concerts of some sort.

3) Jon is exactly 11 years, 2 months, 21 days older than I am. Not complaining about it either, I love our age difference. It allows for a lot growing and learning from one another.

4) We've been together just over a year, but everyone who knows us well, says we've been together for years and were just in denial up until we had our first date.

5) We don't really ever fight. We bicker and bitch at one another more than anything. It's never anything too over the top, it's just funny more than anything else.

6) We've been living together since September. It's been really nice. No one has to drive 150+ miles to visit the other. Plus I get cuddles every night before bed... soooooo nice. :3

7) Given the choice in movies, we'll end up doing a Lord of the Rings, Indiana Jones, or Alien marathon. We are awesome and nerdy.

8) I managed to get him in to Game of Thrones and Once Upon a Time... he LOVES them both. Which in turn makes me happy, because they are two of my absolute favorite shows.

9) Our go to food is either IHOP/ Perkins, Jersey Mike's, or Texas Roadhouse... we love our steak. xD

10) Neither one of us can remember who verbally said 'I love you ' first, but I said it first through text, neither of us will argue that.

11) I have been to every concert he's performed in with Suspect Earth, and don't plan to ever miss one.
12) We both want to get married, to one another. We've actually discussed it, many, many times. He's already stated that my engagement ring will be black gold, with a black diamond... or white gold, with a black diamond. There's no questioning that. He knows me so well.

13) He willing tolerates my Disney obsession. and actually likes a few of my favorites... and truly only tolerates the others because he loves me ( Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Lion King)

14) Jon made the first move to kiss me. It was actually really sweet. We were watching our Indiana Jones marathon, and once it was over we were curled up on the sofa together, holding hands and just chatting/ whispering sweet nothings to one another, when he just gently reached over and kissed me gently. Best gift I could have gotten that Christmas, ( and yes, it was on Christmas). ^.^

15) He loves my cooking. So much that's he's put on a bit of weight since I moved in. He's got this cute little pudge. It's adorable really.

16) He's truly gotten me into video games. Neither of us has much time for them lately, but when we do get to play them it's awesome. Our current favorites being Mario Kart and Dead Space.

17) For the longest time my grandmother hated our relationship (as did several others). She didn't like the age difference and now she's not so fond of our living together. But she'll come around. 

18) We have been to the Mothman Festival three times together. It's kinda what really kick-started our relationship. Yay nerdyness.

19) We're both curly-haired gingers. Our children are going to have some awesome hair.

20) And last but not least, we've had the same basic sleep schedule for over a year and a half. It's not a normal person's sleep schedule, so there's a lot we end up missing because we stay up so late, and wake up so late.

Here's to a new year and new adventures

So, it's been a little while. Sorry about that. December was a very busy month for me. Had the final Suspect Earth show of the year. It was awesome, one of their best shows to say the very least. 

Christmas has passed. It was a quiet affair for us. We made supper together and went to see the Hobbit. It was actually really nice. Made some of our own Christmas traditions. Jon surprised me with a beautiful necklace, my mama got me cast iron cookware, Jess and Charles got us some really tasty Earl Grey tea. 

The new year came. Jon and I spent the evening together with a few bottles of sparkling juice, and yummy food. It was the first time in years that I didn't get to spend it with my brunette partner in crime. Kinda saddening, but there's always next year. *crosses fingers*

As those of you who actually read this know, I had a job interview back in December, it went well. Well enough to actually have gotten the job, and have been working there for a few weeks now. It's a decent place to work. A little intimidating at first, I've never worked in a therapist position before. I'll get the hang of it eventually.  Besides I need the money, car payment and insurance to take care of, you know adult things.

I'm so proud of my brunette partner in crime, she was finally able to move out of her mother's house, and overly stressful environment that lingers there. On top of that her wonderfully awesome boyfriend also moved into his own apartment, so proud and happy for him as well. Congrats to both of them. ^.^

As for the start to the new year, I've decided to eat healthier, not saying diet, but less soda, and less Subway ( it's a go-to food) and less sweets. I've been promising myself for awhile that this was something I wanted to do, so now seems like a good time to do it. Been putting it off for far too long.

I even found one of the Lush stores near where I live. Can we say score?! xD I know where some of my paychecks will go now and then. 

If you haven't noticed, I like to take pictures and I love to post them on my blog. It's an awesome outlet for me. I love Instagram, it's a major addiction of mine. 

We have have a very happy cat and I have a very happy goof, which in turn makes me a very happy spazz.
